Shipping Policy We deliver to Nairobi and towns across Kenya. Standard delivery takes 2-5 business days depending on location. Shipping costs vary by destination and order value. Orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery in original condition with packaging intact. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of inspection. Items must be unused and in resalable condition. Damaged or defective items are eligible for replacement or full refund.
